Sweetener (xylitol), wheat flour, wheat protein (18%), fava bean protein isolate (7%), chickpea protein concentrate (7%), thickener (guar gum), raising agent (sodium carbonates, diphosphates), natural flavouring, linseed flour, emulsifier (lecithins (sunflower)), inulin, freeze-dried blueberries (1%), cranberry pieces, corn starch, acid (citric acid), table salt. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use another type of oil instead of sunflower oil?
Yes, you can, however we recommend using sunflower oil for the best results. Please note that the nutritional values will change according to the oil you use.
Do I have to use water in the baking mix?
No, you can also use milk, or a milk alternative, instead.
The baking mix specifies that it’s for six muffins, but can I make more or less in different-sized tins?
You can, alternatively, use smaller or bigger muffin tins. But be sure to adjust the baking time accordingly.
Can I add additional fruit or nuts to the mix?
The muffin mix and baking time have been worked out specifically for what’s in the pack. Of course, you can add extras, if you’d like, but bear in mind that this will change the volume of the batter and will affect the baking time, too. The nutritional values of the muffins will also be altered.
