Preparation

  • Ingredients:
    80 g Vegan Protein Pancakes, 120 ml water,  pinch salt, pepper,  pinch fresh herbs (parsley, oregano)
    Put the pancake mix and water into a bowl and whisk until they form a smooth batter. Add salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
  • Ingredients:
    0.5  avocado, 3  cherry tomatoes, 1 tsp olive oil,  pinch fresh herbs (parsley, chives)
    Slice the avocado thinly, halve the tomatoes, and dice the herbs finely. Add everything to a bowl and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Ingredients:
    0.5 tsp vegetable oil
    Preheat your waffle iron and grease it with oil, if necessary.
  • Pour the waffle batter into the waffle iron. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the waffles are golden-brown.
  • Ingredients:
     optional topping: 1 tbsp soy yogurt
    Finally, top the savory waffles with the avocado-tomato mix. Add a dollop of soy yogurt, if you like.
