These oven-baked sweet potatoes fries are served with a creamy, high protein dip made with yogurt and whey protein powder, flavoured with smoked paprika and garlic.
Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F fan (200C / 400F non-fan). Place the coconut oil onto a tray and place into the oven for 1-2 minutes just until melted.
Cut the sweet potatoes into 2cm (¾”) thick fries. Place onto the tray, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and toss in the melted coconut oil. Roast for 30-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking, until golden and sweet.
To make the dip, combine the yogurt, protein powder, lemon juice, garlic, paprika and honey in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
Serve the sweet potato fries warm with the dip.
