A crispy, crunchy high protein rice crispy treat. They’re no bake (perfect for warmer weather!) and full of chocolate hazelnut flavour.
Combine the peanut butter, hazelnut protein cream and 30g of the dark chocolate in a small pot and place over a low heat on the stove, stirring often, until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat.
In a large bowl, combine the rice crisp cereal with the protein powder. Pour in the peanut butter mixture and stir together until everything is fully combined - it may be easier to mix by hand.
Scrape the mixture into the lined tin and press down firmly to form an even layer.
Melt the remaining 20g of dark chocolate and drizzle over the mixture then sprinkle on the chopped hazelnuts. Allow to cool and set before slicing into 16 squares. Store in an airtight container.
