Preparing the vegan chocolate mousse
- Halve your avocado, get rid of the seed and then remove the flesh with a spoon.
- Add the flesh to a bowl with some cocoa powder and agave syrup and purée until you get an even mixture.
- Add your milk a bit at a time until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Now just put the mousse in a small bowl and enjoy!
