Can you never decide between pancakes or waffles for Sunday breakfast? We have a recipe that works for both.
Preparing the protein waffles
- Melt your butter and let it cool a bit.
- Mix the melted butter with the quark, eggs and protein powder.
- Add a dash of oil. Flavour as desired with stevia.
- Place enough of the batter into a waffle iron or frying pan to make one waffle and let it cook.
- Enjoy with some fresh fruit or fruit purée.
