Preparing your low-carb protein strawberry or raspberry ice cream
- Place the frozen fruit in a blender and quickly blend.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except the fresh fruit and blend into a smooth mixture.
- Pour into glasses, decorate with the fresh fruit and place in the freezer for 1 – 2 hours.
- Now enjoy your delicious ice cream!
