Delicious banana pancakes for breakfast. Perfect alternative to daily muesli.
Preparing the protein pancakes
- First you place the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together until you get a creamy batter.
- Now move on to your preheated pan. Use about 2 1/2 tbsp of the mixed batter for one pancake. Fry each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve the pancakes with your favourite ingredients. We recommend fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries or raspberries) or exotic garnishes like mango, pineapple or coconut flakes.
