50 g | shiitake mushrooms |
100 g | red pepper |
50 g | snow peas |
50 g | spring onions |
100 g | tofu |
50 g | red miso |
10 g | instant wakame seaweed |
Preparation of Miso soup
- Add the shiitake mushrooms to 1 litre of boiling water and let them cook for two minutes.
- Add the rest of your finely chopped vegetables and cook for another two minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and add the tofu and wakame.
- Mix the Miso in a small bowl with a little bit of soup until smooth, then mix it in with the rest of the soup.
- Serve the soup piping hot.
