5 tbsp | cocoa powder |
1 tbsp | baking powder |
4 tbsp | stevia |

The best thing about these brownies is the use of apple sauce and stevia instead of oil, butter and sugar. The apple sauce makes these brownies really moist and is much better for the body than butter. Stevia is also sweeter than regular sugar but low-calorie.
Preparing the low-carb protein brownies
- Divide two eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the third egg into the rest of the ingredients. The best choice of whey protein for this recipe is the chocolate flavoured one. You can use more or less stevia depending on preference. To finish, carefully fold the egg whites into the mix.
- Place the dough on a flat, greased baking mould and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Cool and then dig in!
