100 ml warm water
For the filling:
80 ml tomato passata/sieved tomatoes (seasoned with salt, pepper, and oregano)
2 slices ham
1 handfull baby spinach
3 brown mushrooms
1/4 onion
50 g low-fat mozzarella



    • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
    • Add the Protein Pizza mix and water into a bowl. Mix until a smooth dough is formed.
    • Roll the dough onto a floured piece of parchment paper. Spread tomato sauce over half of it.
    • Dice the mushrooms and onion. Spread over the tomato sauce with the other ingredients.
    • Brush a bit of water over the edges of the pizza crust. Fold the half with no toppings on top of the filled half and press tightly to seal the edges.
    • Bake the pizza calzone for 25-30 minutes until it is golden-brown.
    • Enjoy!
