Preparing the coconut cranberry protein bar
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Place all your ingredients in a large bowl and whisk with a hand mixer until you get a uniform dough.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture about 2 cm thick onto the tray.
- Bake in the oven for approx. 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- To finish, cut it into 8 bars.
