Preparing the banana, raspberry protein muffins
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix all the ingredients except the berries in a bowl until a smooth batter is formed.
- Half-fill the muffin casings with your batter.
- Garnish the muffins with a couple of raspberries before putting them in the oven.
- Bake the muffins at 200 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
