Ingredients:

2 | small slices of whole grain toast |
1/2 | large avocado, Hass variety |
1 tbsp | cream cheese, 17% fat content |
some lemon juice | |
salt, pepper |
- Halve your avocado and remove the flesh from the peel. Cut one half into fine, thin strips.
- Lightly toast the wholegrain bread and spread with cream cheese.
- Carefully place the avocado on the toast and sprinkle with some lemon juice.
- Now season with pepper and salt.
- Enjoy!

Tip:
If you prefer something richer, serve an additional boiled egg cut into slices. Garnish the avocado toast with some watercress and extra chilli flakes for a fresh kick in the morning!
