Frequently Asked Questions
For our Clear Whey, we use a slightly different composition of protein. Here, we use only whey protein isolate, as opposed to both whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate in our Whey Protein. It makes the drink transparent and closer to a lemonade than a milkshake.
Clear Whey is especially suited to muscle building and muscle maintenance for strength and endurance training.** It's best used straight after physical exercise. Moreover, it can be used to offset nutrient deficiencies caused by insufficient protein intake.
Did you shake it? If you did just wait a couple of minutes for the foam to subside and the liquid to become clear. If you don’t want your drink to have any foam, we recommend stirring and then waiting 3-4 minutes for any remaining powder to dissolve.
